The Wyze Cam v3 does not natively support Apple HomeKit. You can get it working with HomeKit using a HomeBridge server (e.g. Raspberry Pi or a HOOBS box). Add the Wyze plugin in HomeBridge and link your Wyze account—your cameras will then appear in the Home app.
