The Eve Door & Window Sensor is a HomeKit-native Bluetooth contact sensor that also supports Matter over Thread for broader ecosystem compatibility. It requires no hub for HomeKit — connects directly to an Apple HomePod or Apple TV. Battery life is approximately 18 months on a CR2032.
