The August Wi-Fi Smart Lock (4th Gen) is a retrofit deadbolt adapter with built-in Wi-Fi — no separate bridge needed for remote access. It supports DoorSense technology to detect whether the door is open or closed, auto-lock, and digital key sharing. Works with existing deadbolts and keys.
Lock with Alexa voice commands and ask for status. Voice PIN required to unlock. Lock status and events work in Alexa routines.
