What this service is

Hubmatch helps a teacher build and format MATATAG-aligned lesson plans, with the curriculum guides built in. Writing plans, editing them, and exporting them are free and are intended to stay free. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Department of Education.

Your lesson plan is yours

You keep every right to what you write. We claim no ownership of your plans and we do not use them to train anything. Because they are held in your browser rather than on our server, we could not — clearing your browser data deletes them, so export anything you need to keep.

You are responsible for the plan you submit

AI features here reorganise, translate and draft text, and they can be wrong. Whatever you submit to your school is your professional work: check it. Your own obligations about AI use in teaching — including DepEd Order No. 016, s. 2026 — remain yours, and nothing this service produces relieves you of them.

AI plan credits

Credits pay for AI drafting only — never for writing or exporting. One credit covers one lesson plan: its sessions, its slides, and every AI edit inside it, so returning to the same plan is not charged again. New accounts receive 2 free credits.

Credits are not money, earn no interest, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prepaid codes may be passed on to someone else.

Payments are checked by a person

There is no payment gateway. You pay by GCash and enter the reference number, and the credits appear once that reference has been matched against our own GCash records by hand. This usually takes a few hours. A reference we cannot find is rejected with the reason shown on your payments list — if that happens and you did pay, get in touch and it will be sorted out.

Refunds

If a payment was taken in error, or credits were not added after a payment you can evidence, we will refund or credit it. Credits already spent on AI drafting are not refundable, because the cost of that drafting has already been incurred.

Fair use

Please do not attempt to bypass credit limits, script the AI endpoints, resell access, or upload other people's work as your own. There is a per-teacher rate limit because the AI budget is shared: one person calling it in a loop would take it from everybody else. Accounts doing that may be suspended.

What we do not promise

This is a small service run by a small operation. It may be unavailable, features may change, and the AI may return something unhelpful. We provide it as it is, without warranty, and our liability is limited to what you have actually paid us. Nothing here removes any right you have under Philippine consumer law.

Ending your use of it

You can stop at any time; your plans are on your own device either way. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we do, any unspent credits paid for in cash will be refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
